*A minimum of 24 hours notice must be given when canceling or rescheduling appointments or we reserve the right to charge your credit card or gift card 50% of the amount of the scheduled service.
-Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 10 to 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to fill out any necessary paperwork.
-Late Arrivals: Late arrivals will lessen your treatment time & full cost of services will still apply. Services must end on time to accommodate others.
-All services include client undress, dress, preparation and consultation. (Actual treatment time is approximately 25 minutes for the Half hour Services, 50 minutes for the Hour Services and 80 minutes for the 1 1/2 hour Services.)
-Celestial Spa is not responsible for items left behind by clients.
-No children under 18 allowed without services being rendered

All gift certificates expire five years from date of purchase but a 20% non-activity fee on balance will be deducted each 12 consecutive months of inactivity.
