CANCELLATION
A 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling. If notice is not given, Celestial Spa reserves the right to charge half the price of the service to the client's credit card or gift card.

BOOKING APPOINTMENTS
All appointments must be booked with a credit card or Celestial Spa gift card. We accept VISA, MASTER CARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS.

NEW CLIENTS
To ensure that you get your full service, we suggest that all new clients (first time) arrive
at least 15 minutes early to fill out a client information sheet.

PHONES & PAGERS
As a courtesy to others please turn off all cellular phones and pagers when you arrive
for your appointment.
